My father is an entrepreneur, so I've watched people in business my whole life. The pattern I noticed early has never changed: the businesses that flew weren't run by the people working hardest. They were run by the people who'd got their support right.
I started Assignment LDN in 2004 to do this properly, personally and one business at a time.
Today I work with founders and COOs across London, and every Wednesday I write The Assignment on Substack: one essay on the people behind great work and what founders can learn from them.
Assignment LDN finds Executive Assistants, PAs and Chiefs of Staff for founders and COOs in London. We work with a small number of businesses at a time. That's the point.
